My move-in experience was disappointing due to the lack of maintenance and poor communication. I was not informed about the absence of maintenance until my move-in day. The apartment had dents, scratches, and a damaged Murphy bed with pests in the bathroom. The leasing agent promised to fix the issues, but communication with the manager was unprofessional. They demanded immediate payment for an incorrect security deposit at the last minute, showing poor timing and lack of consideration. In addition the other day I had a water leak coming from the ceiling light. Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly managed.

|Recommended: NoThe apartment is so spacious, but los of issues — Alister is great The apartments are spacious and the grounds are clean, it is noisy from cars and sound proofing is not the greatest but it is not bad I am a little concerned because I am in a renovated unit, and there are LOTS of issues so far with things not working, to plumbing issues, etc. I hope someone can come out and fix these things ASAP

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment — Love our apartment. The layout is exactly what we wanted and different from all other properties. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and very friendly.. There is some noise at night but that is urban living and nothing a pair of earplugs can't fix

|Recommended: NoUnit was dirty upon move in — My unit was dirty when I moved in there was hair all on the base boards shower was dirty the garbage disposal is still disgusting on the inside and no one has come to fix that yet and the water pressure super sucks I can’t shower if any other water is on in the unit and I barely get water pressure if only the shower is on

|Recommended: NoSince living here not much has changed with improvements even with new management. Overall cleaning of complex is not well kept. Dirty parking lots, walls, gym, staircases even broken doors through out different places.. overpriced to be dealing with this, there are better
apartments else where. Do not be fooled by the flattery of the management seems like they just care about your money the wrong things. Lots of people have been moving out and planning to leave. Hear lots of past residents were tricked under contract. Not recommended
