|Recommended: YesMy heat has been out for nearly TWO weeks. Now they are telling me that someone will be out to repair it on Monday. Today is FRIDAY, November 26th. That's potentially 4 more days I have to wait. I have been asked to use auxiliary emergency heat and it is NOT heating properly either. I have verbally communicated this to management as well. An entire week went by without anyone reaching out with a status update or ATTEMPT on repairs. ONLY AFTER I called to complain this past Wed. was there an automated update given, the evening of my complaint, a week AFTER the initial work order was placed. I have been sleeping fully clothed in sweaters, sweat pants, and sweater hats skullcaps , under multiple blankets. Until I finally left because of the temperature. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. I am paying way too much in rent to have this type of service. HEAT repairs are considered an emergency and should be repaired immediately . I will continue to look for a corporate email.

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love calling this place home — Perfect apartment community for anyone and everyone. Wether your a
rambunctious family of 5 or a single quiet homebody you will enjoy Alister apartments. Neighbors are all nice and everyone minds their own business. For an apartment the noise levels are amazing you can barely-if ever- hear your neighbors... Nor can you smell what their cooking lol. First ward beverage downstairs is a wonderful little store and beer bar. Wich is great to go grab a pop and a snack at midnight or grab a beer after you get home from work. You cant get a better location. The views are great the staff has been great its an absolute pleasure living here. Also the apartments are very roomy i have a 1bed with den we converted into a 3 bedroom and still have plenty space. My laundry room closet is just as big as the den Double sinks in the bath are wonderful and i love my shower. The Balcony is great for sitting out in the mornings drinking your coffee or enjoying the cool summer nights with a glass of wine .
Highly recommended giving alister uptown a try you wont regret it
